As the mist comes in big puddles collected under trees so thick it was actually trickling down the slopes... And it was absolutely BONE DRY everywhere else! food for thought!

The FIRE 2006 Camps Bay Trees perhaps had their lower branches cut.....so didn't catch fire....everything else was burned to the ground!
